Shopping With MIST Using Sales Promotions

At MIST, we offer a range of permanent sales promotions to reward our customers for their loyalty and encourage larger purchases. While we want to provide great discounts to our customers, we also need to ensure that our business is not damaged. As a result, we have some simple terms and conditions for our online discounts.

Using Coupon Codes and Sales Promotions Together

If you have a coupon code and a sales promotion active in your basket, in most cases, you will not be able to use both discounts together. However, on the odd occasion your coupon code may offer a better deal than the sales promotion, so it's worth checking your basket total to see which discount provides the most value.

Multiple Sales Promotions and Drops Rewards

You can have multiple sales promotions active in your basket at the same time, but you cannot use a coupon code with them. Additionally, you can use your Drops rewards with an existing sales promotion, as we consider Drops to be a reward for your loyalty.

MIST Free Liquid Deal

We have now limited which kits come with free liquids, so this does not apply to all kits. In the event you forgot to add your 2 free liquids to your order, we will require payment for the postage of the new order

Limitations on Sales Promotions

Our sales promotions are designed to offer discounts on full-priced items, and we cannot offer multi-buy sales promotions on items that are already on clearance or have a specific markdown. Specially priced items can be identified by a red strike-through price.

Finding Sales Promotions on the Website

You can find our sales promotions on our main e-liquid page, where you can filter products by which have a multi-buy sales promotion active on them. You can also see the sales promotions on the product cards themselves, just below the image. Check out our FAQ below!
